Sorry. I see alot of cussing so i didn't think twice about it. If you read my post i said they were all mixes. They all have the same EE dad. His mom is a BCM. So yes, he has BCM in him. Very much alot of it too, lol.I think he is an Olive Egger, comb is wrong for Marans, but likely has Marans in him. You might want to edit out the colorful language in your post so you do not get censored.
This little tornado Marans mix is a boy, i don't care what anyone says, lol. Definitely top of the pecking order already. Also the biggest. Also the meanest.
Another suspected Morans boy, cept this one's grey.
3rd Marans mix.
Suspected grey girl. I say this because the only grey chicks came from the Morans and Barred Rock eggs. It doesn't resemble the other Morans mixes much. If it was a BR baby, sexlinking confirms its a girl. But wouldn't it have barring???
These are the ones I suspect are cockerels.Ope! I lied. Here's another Morans mix.
Ok, so the suspected grey girl has to be the BR pullet then. Theres no other options. I already sold the other suspected pullet grey Morans mix, so it has to be the BR girl. I only had 1.These are the ones I suspect are cockerels.
The BR cross should produce barred cockerels and unbarred pullets.
