I am also surprised they're not laying yet! My leghorns were laying at 19 weeks (Lucy and Ethel). My leghorns last year laid at 17 weeks (Thelma & Louise).

I say Amelia. Did you name her that because of how well leghorns fly?

I have yet to hear the egg song from mine- but did have eggs for a week. We will see when they start laying again since I had to move them.
