My neighbor has a farm, and has 100 chickens, meat birds, cows, and pigs.... So he has taught me how to do it all..... I plan on building a butchering station for the chickens... We would get dairy cows... not meat...

Sounds good. Add one kind of animal at a time until you get used to caring for it. I can see you selling farm fresh eggs milk and meat. They will love you.

So sorry to hear about your Turkey. We have a lot of wild Turkeys where I live and I've almost run over 2 of them already. One was just standing in the middle of the road and the other one crossed just in front of me.

meat birds is next on the list =] maybe bees then lol..... I dont remember if I said this but I am going to be selling all of it in NYC, mainly to my dads friends.... Willing to pay big $$ Im not complaining lol...
