Whole foods?

Ha-ha yeah...yeah I did :p

It burns! Lol it happened to my youngest too; they thought the almond extract smelled so much like cherries that my eldest got my youngest to taste it... No, it does NOT taste like cherries, and it BURNS!

No I would not recommend trying it unless you want to taste and smell nothing but vanilla for a month :lau

Hahahaha omg!!!! That's hysterical! And typical oldest trying to get the gullible innocent youngest to try dumb things! LOL

IKR?! I still don't know who should have gotten in trouble for that one, but I think the youngest learned the hardest lesson there.

You're probably too young to remember the Life cereal commercial with Mikey... "Get Mikey to try it, he'll eat anything!".. That's Hannah :D

If you're talking calories, you'd be correct.... But if you're talking nutritional value, I would have to disagree. Whole grain is far superior to most processed whites. Some difference is just the wheat used, white wheat versus red wheat; but the entire process of milling the grain to a fine powder leeches most if the nutrients out

And to sample the results of that, um...this may be TMI lol, but refined white will plug me up for days, where whole wheat keeps me regular

In fact, even my kids can't stand white bread because of the texture and constipation factor

PS, K, you need more sleep than 3 hours!

Oh..Im on a computer...
you do not have to log in.
BUT i did just finally figure out that MULTIgrain bread is just as crappy for you as WHITE.
For some reason I could not compare WHOLE grain bread to white...on that site.
So basically multigrain and white bread ate the same...(those where the slight differences I was posting)

Whole grain of any type is the way to go!
