Whole foods?

Yeah, it was crazy. He had to stop because he almost died. But that was only McDonald's kind of the worst of the worst and back then they still had a lot of the bad ingredients, now they are a little bit better. But it is still probably very bad for you and not just McDonald's, all fast food and processed food.

And wow, I'll definitely watch it!

I have some others on my list too. I will watch them all and let you know if they're any good lol although Netflix suggests most of them anyway when you click the others so maybe you could check some of the others out too

I have watched a lot of the documentaries on Netflix...i figure if i am going to veg out in from of the tv I might as well be learning something.

Ahhh okay. Did you watch cowspiracy or vegucation? Was thinking of trying those but wasnt sure if they were good. Or food nation i think it is or maybe fast food nation. But you are absolutely right! Lol

And school is good :)

Lol don't do what my youngest does... She eats the ENTIRE bag if carrots and then freaks out that she's turning orange... Lol its just her face, she needs to eat them less sloppily :D

i'm waiting for some new shows to come out! lol

Ive been spending some (a lot) time trying to figure out the differences between sugar, fructose, suracose..all the cose's and aspartame....all the fake sweetners.
It is all very confusing.
I like facts, real studies, science......any one know of anything good to read/watch?

LOL I had an entire sweet potato, microwave has a potato cooker :D plus half of one from this morning cooked in the pan, plus a whole green squash/zucchini cooked in the pan too in olive oil, and spinach, baby bok choy, baby chard mix lol the latter I put in olive oil and sautée for a few minutes. Normally I put in minced garlic too but I forgot lol anyway, that's why it said it was balanced :D

For breakfast i had half a sweet potato. And lunch I got my usual Subway. 12 inch turkey breast on the good bread, no veggies today though and a Coke lol and i had 3 Cadbury eggs as an evening snack... so not totally balanced. But i had vegetables lol

But yeah, normal people probably don't eat entire vegetables just for them lol but it was a small zucchini

And hahaha nahhhh, I manually entered that! But sometimes if I'm sitting for hours near bed time then it does ask if I slept from that time to that time.

What did you think of them? Worth watching or no? But yes, they need new ones! Haha

And yeah, it's definitely confusing! i know aspartame is supposed to be pretty bad but idk. I kind of look at it as most of them the same though aha it would be nice to know though because i cant go entirely unprocessed now but eventually I'd like to just eat like that and then i wouldnt have to worry lol

But have you seen the 60 minutes thing on sugar?

And my mom just made a delicious soup. I came down to her furiously cooking lol she got all motivated by me making my vegetables last night. And she wants to learn a new recipe every week
