Whole oats

How should I feed whole oats to ducks?

I feed my ducks their grains (whole wheat) in shallow trugs of water. The grains soften in the water and make it easier for the ducks to eat.

I have mixed it into Fermented feed too.

I've tossed it to my ducks (and chickens) like you would with scratch and they seemed to enjoy it. I just make sure they have ample grit available. My ducks enjoy black oil sunflower seeds (BOSS), even more...and the shells are no problem for them.
