Whoohoo!! Babies hatching!!!

Of the mutt eggs I got from BYC members, the first are hatching! So far nothing from Susan (FisherMom)but a little black banty just hatched out of ChickenAddicts eggs, another one is pipping and I saw another rocking. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The little black guy is NOISY, so hopefully he will encourage everyone else.

The last ones I am doing til spring are due to hatch from the 27th to the 29th.

The baby brings me up to 12 chickens counting the 11 older chickies.

I am doing better at hatching them out than when I first started, of course the banty eggs came from MN so that probably helped a lot.

LOL, Tiff, nope those are the ones that are supposed to be hatching somewhere from the 27th to the 29th.
The one that was pipping is making real progress!!
