Whos a hen

Can anyone tell me what ones are hens? They are just over a month.

#1 looks like a pullet, #2 looks like a cockerel with that pink comb, #3 and 4 I can't tell the comb color well, but they look somewhat like pullets from what I can see.
Do keep in mind that some cockerels will develop characteristics like pink combs/wattles later on, so it may be a few weeks still before you know for sure. They are all very cute though!
