I'm hovering over the incu like an expectant dad shineing my little mag light and looking for progress.

Call ducks hatch on day 26. Usually they pip the shell on day 25, and hatch out on day 26.

So i looked at a few of my duck eggs in bator i have 18 and the 4 i cked i saw veins and a black bleep moving. They are now at day 12 i did find one dud. I did not candle them all but after reading so many post of stink eggs i think i might tonight. i have a hova bator and a turner i also have 18 chicken eggs in there. My question in when chicks are due to hatch what do i do since duck eggs are in there to and will not be ready for like 8 more days after chick?

I have one new white runner and one more on the way...YAY! No buff goose yet, I'm trying to be hands off, but it is so hard.

I thought that one of my lavender goooses quit on me last week, but now I am thinking I see life signs!

Good thing I didn't give it to the dogs for breakfast.
