Who's Hatching in Dec. 2011 ?

i have 7 exquire leghorns due to hatch dec,14 hopfully

We hit 26 degrees last night, and when I checked on Veronica, this morning, she had her head tucked under her wing. I think she will do alright if it doesn't get much colder. She is in a sheltered spot, with a well padded nest. We don't heat our chicken's houses, so please keep your fingers crossed

for Veronica's eggs.

I just set 41 eggs in my homemade bought off NYC. First time with Maran eggs.

I am due for a Dec. 4th hatch of 9 BO eggs! Second attempt. The first was a miserable failure do to faulty thermometer. They all died.

I am doing a test hatch of my wheaten/blue wheaten and buff Ameraucana's pullet eggs for a total of 16 eggs due December 18th.

I set some buff silkies Thanksgiving night at like midnight, so I'm guessing hatch will be on the 15th or 16th? IF they hatch, most all of my aircells were detached or looked busted. I have growth in 10 of the 14 that I set though. Cautiously hopeful here.
