winekntrychicks, let us know how you are doing on it. I also wanted to try it. Have been on a low fat(most of the time) diet for some time and wanted to give it a boost. I also work out at a gym and don't want to wear diapers on the stairmaster.

MAN, am I glad I told my doctor no on Alli. I've lost 40 pounds on phentermine and haven't had to wear Depends, thank goodness.

When I was still working this medicine was by prescription only and I can't recall the name, but essentially what it does is clings to all the fatty foods you eat so they won't digest. All the oil and grease and such does come out about as soon as you swallow it. It is a horrendous stinch too. Keep some extra clothes handy, not just panties!
