Most likely a 'fart' egg. I've had them as small as marbles from full size mature hens. The egg will not usually have a yolk.

Wait a minute..I was under the assumption Once a color always that color.blue eggers start out as laying green eggs and the eggs slowly turn blue later on in life...
While we are talking about egg size, check this one out from a pullet....

The small one is normal size for a Welsummer pullet. The big one actually had a fully developed egg with the shell Plus an extra yolk and white.

Awww sooo cute!!Not mine. It was complete. Probably would have fit on a quarter with not much overlap.
