Get rid of the roosters to give the hens/pullets a chance to relax, even if you just put them all in a separate pen and put them with their hens just for when you want fertilized eggs. Give the girls layer feed if they're over 16 weeks, but note the extra protein can be harmful to the young ones tho, plus oyster shell, and I give mine a handful of catfood for a treat to up their protein. Some pullets will start laying about 15-20 weeks and some take longer to start, depending on the breed. The hens that are over 2 years old might only be laying one or 2 eggs a week because egg production drops drastically after the second year for most breeds.
