Why?!?! (AKA the "why arent my ducks laying anymore?" Thread!)

Why did my ducks stop laying!?!? Is it because its getting cold out? This totally stinks.....

It could be, has anything changed in their lives? A different feed, new bedding etc. It could even be a dog barking that stressed them out.

Ugh, mine Started laying, AND SITTING!!! I would eb happy but i don't eat the duck eggs and was kinda hoping they would just stop laying when it got cold since you can't hardly sell them right now.

mine stopped too. I have had 1 in a week.. My chickens have stopped as well..

They had their 3 months off during the hot weather and now I want my eggs!

Yes, right after I put my ducks eggs in the bator, they just stoped!

they get their coop cleaned every three days. I put a new duck (hen) in with them, but they stoped before then

my ducks are crazy...... Lol

One of mine stopped too. I'm getting one egg every other day from the other.

My pekins started laying about a month ago... My muscovies have stopped and my mallards have not started.
