Why am I not recieving email update-notifications anymore!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

None of the threads that I have subscribed to are notifying me when they are updated.

This has been going on for a few months probably, but I just have been really busy and haven't noticed... HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
