Why are my chickens loosing their feathers

Hi everyone, need help on this one. I have checked for lice or mites or anything on my chickens and they are clean nothing I can see on them but they are loosing their feathers , the feathers on their wings are looking bare and part of their back feathers are gone and some on their head feathers are gone....need help as I don't know what to do for my flock, please please help.

Yes I have a Rooster and they been loosing their feathers for a while now so I think if they were molting that would have stopped but I am not sure

My Birds are one year three month

I'm guessing that the roo is mating them lot. I have some walking around with nothing but skin on their back and missing feathers on their neck from the roo grabbing on to them while mating. If you can post pics.

I agree with this. I've had hens who had bare patches on their heads and backs from the roosters. How many hens do you have for your roo?

If you're asking me, I have about 23 for 2 roos.
