Why are my chicks not growing there 6 months

They don't look that small to me, but production breeds aren't bred for body size, they are bred for egg size. Most laying hens, even production breeds, start laying between 20-26 weeks. Twenty weeks is six months, so give them time. They'll lay when they are ready.
I agree. Plus that naked neck with them is going to make them look smaller. That breed is just giant
 
They eat what the whole flock eats which is layer pellets. My local feed store was closing so there was not flock raiser or anything like that the only feed they had was layer pellets im looking for a feed store that sells flock raiser.
