Why are my chicks so afraid of me??

The batch I have right now are still pretty scared, but they're slowly coming around. Read the training info on noodleroo's page, because IT works wonders.

Why are my chicks still afraid of me? Its been three weeks. I handle them a lot and am very gentle. They still chirp and squirm and try to get away. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help them not be afraid of me.
