Why are some of my chicks drooping one of their wings?

Some of my chicks started drooping one of their wings. I don't know if this is a problem or not but if someone could help me out if it is, that would be great. Thank you in advance.

Are they in a brooder with a heat lamp?
If they are it could be too hot. It's warm and humid in Connecticut today.
What's the temperature on the floor under the lamp?
How old are they? GC
ETA; I turned off the heat lamp for my 17 day olds.

I brought them outside twice today.

They will let you know, they will chirp loudly.
Check on them on the half hour. As the sun begins to set they may become uncomfortable.
