I was wanting to know why White Australorps are in the national standard but splash aren't. Does anybody have any idea's???

Are you outside the US? I looked in my 2001 copy of the American SOP and I only see black as an accepted variety.
As for splash, it is related to the color blue instead of white. Blue does not breed true. One copy of blue turns a black bird blue. Two copies turn a black bird splash.
I know in the US it is difficult to get a new variety accepted. Not positive on numbers, but a specific number of breeders need to show x number of birds for y number of years for it to be accepted.
I'm sorry I can't help much. I don't know how new varieties are accepted in AUS. You may want to try to get in touch with the Austrolorp breed club in your country and see what they have to say.
