Why are they Pecking one another? Please Help!

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't replied to your replies. Been busy with the kids and chciken drama! ANyway, the flock is doing better all are back in the coop except my silver laced that got a hole pecked in her face. I have to apply blue kote to the rear end of two of the girls still but they are doing better. Blue Kote helped ALOT! IT's messy stuff but it works.

Glad to hear everyone is healing up, Even in very cold snowy conditions my flock has the option of going outside, that way they don't get rowdy and start pecking on each other. I have very small cochins up to game so have to be careful and not let them get bored.
