Why aren't my hens laying eggs?

Hello I have three hens that are about 1 year old and they are not laying me some eggs there breed is rhold island red they act and look pretty mature to me I give them laying pellets,vegetables,food scraps,Ostershells and more.But they areally not laying I have two other chickens but they are still teens.one of my chicken is laying me eggs one day yes and one day no and the other ones are not laying I did find a egg shell in the nesting box but I don't know if they are eating them.please help.....

As you have seen eggs shell remains in your nest box my first thought would be that they are in fact eating the eggs.

OK so one of my hen layed me a egg again today but they didn't eat it I also but other eggs from the market but they won't eat them I have read and watch videos to help but they don't I want to wake up with three eggs ever morning but I only wake up with one and I am to post to wake up with three please help

Sorry.. But there isnt much to help with..you would either have to cull the ones that are eating the eggs and replace them, Or wake up early in the morning and get the eggs before they are eaten... Heres a great egg catcher nest you or you could make, The eggs roll down into a little space in the nesting box where the chickens cant eat them

I think the other ones areally not 100% mature for laying eggs.can you guys help with that how I can tell if they are laying eggs.

You can tell if they sing the egg song

This is Not mine!
Normally the chickne will sing the egg song before or after or during her egg laying session. And when they do sing it, it does not mean they will lay the egg, just letting everyone know before she lays
