why can't I send a PM

I have been trying to send a PM to someone but every time I click the send button I get a message saying "User's in box is full, you cannot send your message to the user." what does this mean?

the person you want to message has to many messages in their inbox....they need to delete some before they can get any more messages.

You could try sending them an email instead. The way you would do this is to either

1) Go to one of their posts. On the left, below their avatar and such, there should be a few links such as "PM" and "View My BYC Page". Click the "Email" one.

OR

2) Go to their info. If you do some looking there should be an email address or a link to email them.
