Why Can't You Put Quail and Chickens Together

I know, dog food, scratch, timothy hay, rum, and pickles make a good diet for quail. If you really wanna get fancy feed them some wine vinegar and mountain dew as a treat.

well turkey and game about the same, duck and geese the same. so that find better feed for chicken.......like hear people talking about low egg production , then find out they are feeding crack corn.......WOW try a layer feed for eggs..

I meant for the younger birds, the older birds I feed whole grains and in the summer hardly anything at all because they free-range. And the quail I feed layer ration

They add flavor to my quail sammich. Saves me a trip to the refrigerator when I forget the pickles.

If ya feed them BBQ rub in with the cat food, they are seasoned just right when there time come on the grill!!!
