Why did my hen stop laying for two days but is laying now?

Hello! My hen is an Isa Brown named Janette. For some reason, she stopped laying for two days. We were worried that she was egg bound but on the third day she started laying again. We are confused on why she stopped laying. Anybody know why?

maybe she hoped the fence one day.... they only lay once 26 hours so every once and a while they skip a day.....

But why were my other chickens laying? Plus none of my chickens have ever done that before.

they should miss a day of laying every 12 days or soo.... until they molt they lay at about 80% how long have they been laying???

About five months now.

Chickens don't lay every day. Some are overachievers and come close, others are sporadic at best.

No reason to worry unless she is acting ill.
Just be patient and observe her patterns.

Not necessarily, there's no hard number like that.
Every bird has her own schedule, which can also vary.
