I have a Delaware who has stopped laying as well. It's been about 2 weeks. She's just about 14 months old and up until now she's been a pretty good layer. She isn't broody, although we do have a Buff Orphington who is broody right now. I'm wondering if this is having an effect on her? Our egg production is so slow! When you only have 4 hens, you can really tell when one or two isn't laying. If I have to fork out $$ to buy eggs at the grocery store, I will be so bummed.
I did a peek to make sure no blockage & her vent looks clear. Tummy feels fine & her behavior (other than not laying) seems normal. I'm stumped.
