Can you post pictures of the parents? you're absolutely positive those hens had no other access to another rooster for 1-2 months prior to you collecting the eggs?
Hi. I am absolutely 100 % sure , no other rooster for 100 miles here ))).Here are the parents. Also it was hard winter here, -25C , so all my girls was closed in the coop)))

I got 13 chiks in total:

3 black
2 splash
1 white
3 blue
4 unknown color ))))

Is it possible that some grandparents of my hens ( or rooster ) was some salmon or partridge colors? And now it's pumping up this genes ?

It's probably some sneak carried genes. Generally blues will just produce the normal BBS, they'll generally not have too many carried genes cause most people breed BBS and don't outcross ime. But seeing as yours also carry white, there's a decent enough chance that they aren't homozygous for a black base and could throw things like partridge. Post pictures when the babies get big : D

Yes the parents to those chicks are extended black/partridge.
When a chick receives partridge from both parents then you get those chicks.
All offspring from that rooster and whichever hen carries it has a 50% chance of getting the gene. Some will carry it sight unseen so you'll continue to produce them unless you breed it out.
Same goes with the recessive white gene in your line.
