Why do my chicks have diarrhea occasionally but usually have a normal poop?

Hi,
we have four 3 week old chicks that have diarrhea at least 3 times a day but usually normal poops.
they also occasionally sneeze but other than that they are eating drinking and playing like normal.
any ideas? thanks.

Its not diarrhea. Those are cecal poops and more loose and stinky. Totally normal

Ok so those occasional diarrhea poops are normal and the ones in the picture above are also normal?

They poop a cecal about one out of every 8 poops.
