Why do my hens have white earlobes

I have four hens that have white earlobes, their wattles and combs are nice and red.

Chickens with white earlobes lay white eggs, I think.

My american games have white earlobes. and lay white eggs. Research earlobe color and how the outcome of egg color is detirmined by them.

One of my black Australorp hen has white ears............... any idea why? Her two sisters, they don't have it. She has had the white ears since she was a wee little thing. Any help or thoughts would be great. She lays brown to light brown eggs.

She is probably a mutt and the white ear gene showed up but not the white eggs.
