Actually, EE/Auracana/Ameracuna (sp?) is one that gets confused a lot. Part of it is the limited number of accepted colors for Amer/Aucanas (if the bird ends up with the wrong feathers, it is no longer an Ameracana, but a EE). Part of it is the "breeder/hatchery" was mis-informed and they keep selling chicks with the name of what they thought they had.

No, actually "bless your heart" when used in that way can be one of the worst insults in the south. The joke is that we get that it is an others are confused an dont know how to respond. An even being in the know, its hard to know how to respond. You said something but you didnt at the same time. You can say it in front of anyone an not get a mouth full of soap but at the same time the point has been made. Its hard to explain cause it has so many meanings just by how when an where it is said. It sorta is the same as saying "kiss my butt" "I feel sorry for you" an "I love you" all at the same time.
