Why do you keep ducks???

Oh This is great!! Just the stuff I need to prove that loving ducks doesnt make you weird. Lots of my friends think keeping ducks is strange, but until you have owned them yourself you dont know what wonderful birds they are. From watching them hatch to getting a first egg and seeing them ducking and diving in a pool. They are just so gorgeous. Mysticalmom you have a lovely flock there, lots of different colours and breeds.

Here are some of mine. When they were babies.. Next time I put up photos I will do ones of them as adults.

These ones were all Pekins, But I have had Welsh Harlequins. Silver appleyards, Muscovies, Indian Runners and Campbells at times as well.

DUCKS? They give me hours and hours of entertainment and I love to watch them fly around, but most of all, they give me lots of baby duckies and eggs for baking.
