Why does my barred rock hen consistently have a poo spot on her eggs?

Why is there always a poo spot on her eggs? Usually, her eggs are pretty clean otherwise (though the one in the picture isn't that clean) Experienced chicken guys and gals please chime in! I've included a picture if I've loaded it correctly. I've scraped the tiny poop spot off, but there's still a mark. Also,

What's the best way to clean these eggs before consumption?
 
Following. I too have a hen that can't lay an egg without pooping on it. I have it narrowed down to one of the australorps.

ETA: I wash mine with warm soapy water. I always keep hers for myself since there is usually a slight stain left.
 
Some just poo do that...frustrating, I know.
Those are the ones I wash then eat, only sell the 'clean' ones.

Yes there’s always a stain!
 
The eggs I wash we keep for ourselves. I have a recipe for a quiche that takes a dozen eggs.

Yes I have a recipe that takes a lot of eggs and was considering using the 6 stealth nest eggs I have in it. I hate to waste eggs!
