Why does my chick keep shaking its head?

I have a chick that seems to shake its head every minute. Its not loud where it is, so I know that's not the issue. Seems to do it most when its trying to sleep. Any ideas?

Look to see if there is anything in its eyes. It might have something stuck it is trying to get out, or a number of respiratory illnesses that drain through the sinuses, sometimes causing congestion in the eyes.

I checked the eyes and roof of its beak for discharge and put it on antibiotics seems to be doing better today. The issue is still a mystery. TY for the input. -Katie
