Why does my female Pekin do this sideways head bobbing thing?

we've got a trio of harlequins and apparently the two girls have grown up *much* faster than the drake... they've been following him around and headbobbing in perfect unison for about 2 months now...

until this morning.
he started to head bob a bit too... so one of the girls squated down and up he goes... facing the wrong way. and then falls off.

and then runs all over the yard in that low attack posture with his neck feathers fluffed out in all directions!

Not only at the Drakes, but at us if we walk up to her. I couldn't figure it out at first,..but my husband and I began researching and found out that that's her 'come hither' dance
