Why Does My Roo Do This?

I have two pet indoor roos (and only these two). They are best buddies. Both are a little over a year old. The photo is of Peeper. His whole life, he's liked to stand with his wings slightly out. His wings work normally, he is healthy. He doesn't do it when he's eating, or walking around, sitting or stretching his wings. Only when he's standing still for any length of time. My other roo doesn't do this. Is this just a personal quirk or is there some standard chicken reason for this? His wings are clipped at the moment (he thought it was a great idea to try to fly up into the ceiling fan!) but he did it when his wings weren't clipped also.

It's just so unusual. He does it when he's in the "dark" and when he's in the sun. I've had a hundred chickens over my lifetime and he's the only one that does it. And it's not just occasionally. It's every time he stands still. Maybe he's just weird!

Good eye! His legs aren't bowed. He had just come out from sitting underneath something right before that photo. He stood up straight after that. He is very tall. He's a pet and he's so docile that if you pick him up & put him somewhere he tends to stay for a long time before moving.

No balance issues at all. He's never been outside. Both my roos are strictly indoor chickens. No deformities or health issues. They're both longtail bantams.
