My muscocvy drake comes in the house everynow and then. He like to jump up onto the back of the couch as well as the fireplace. He is such a goober.

Thats what I think - but everyone else was all just sitting in the pen under the tarp, acted as if nothing was wrong.

honey..if you clip their wings they wont be able to fly away from danger..dogs... I'd be careful with clipping their wings for that reason.

Ive thought about that - But id rather not hav them flying off to the neighbors where i cant lock them up at night since we have three LARGE coyote packs around here.

My ducks are only out when I am home - and wont be let out in the rain anymore.

I am only clipping the female musvcovies wings. Everyone else only flys maybe 100- 200 yards. And then run back to the barn like mad men. But ive already had scovies go wild on me - even though they come for a visit and free meal.

But I dont want to take any chances with the hens I just got from a rescue in California - which I waited a month and a half to get.
