Why does she look like this?

She has seemed to have lost weight since we had a fox attack on her friend, and now walks around like this a lot and very tense. Sometimes with her mouth open.
I've tried everything and yesterday wormed with KILVERM, and this morning only her poo had gross long white worms in it ( dead)

so I have wormed again today to make sure they are gone.

Could this be why she looks so uncomfortable?

Not sure....is she hot? My chickens walk around with their wings like that and panting when it's hot.

Are you following the directions on the wormer? Worming can be stressful for hens and I don't know if any wormers that you would re-dose the very next day.

When they hold their wings out like that it usually means they're to hot. She also standing in the shade of your photo. When they open their wings like that it allows air to flow under them and cool more of their body down.
