If you are 100% sure the bird is eating a well balanced diet... Enough of the layer feed then the first thing to try would be extra vitamins... The B vitamins specifically.

I highly recommend getting it today and not waiting.
I would also spend a good amount of time making sure it's eating enough feed.
On average a full grown chicken should eat about 3/4 cup worth of feed per day.
I would not feed any treats whatsoever because doing so can take away from the bird getting a balance to diet which can cause issues.

Update:
Sadly she passed away at the end of June. I treated her with daily vitamin B but it didn't seem to help. During her final days, she was unable to stand or walk so she just laid on her side (she was separated from the flock at this point). She was still able to move her legs but could not balance.
