It's kinda fun to hurry up and scoop the poop before they turn around... they look rather baffled when they turn to bury it and there isn't anything there.

When I read this I just had to laugh

Because the exact same thing happens to me!!

only I have one that will come running from where ever she is when I am scooping and do her business

and I have to wait for her to finish so I can finish

And the other one will wait and wait until I am done and I close up the bag and bring it out to the outside garbage, I of course think how nice, I will have a clean smelling house for a while!! NOT, I get back in and my elderly lady cat has done number 2,

and I ask her "Why couldn't you have done that before I cleaned out the litter box!!" and she just looks at me as if to say "Now why would I do that!!"
