Death throes, typical of just about any death.

She was having seizure type episodes before she passed out where her legs went stiff and her head twisted around. I just want to make sure my other babies don’t get it.

Well the university Vet I chat with told me when it's a heart issue they die the same way your description is given.
My one Hen had a heart attack when the tarp was flapping after a wind storm blew it up in a corner.
Same thing. Head to the side on her back with legs stiff and straight.

Sorry for your loss. I did notice in the video that her movements seemed a bit like neurological symptoms, but thought that it was just due to weakness or dehydration. A necropsy by your state vet would be indicated, to find a cause of death. In some states, they can be a little as $23 for a backyard chick plus extra costs for certain requested tests. The body must be kept cool but not frozen. Here is a list of state vets:

The rest seem to look healthy and fat, but I’m going to keep a closer eye on them. I bought corid and a few other first aid items. Oh and 21 packages of save a chick. I don’t want to be out again!

As I am a nurse (retired). I would like to say that with humans you may have the same symptoms for several diseases. Usually there is one symptoms that makes that disease different from the rest of them. I feel the same is true with chickens, especially after everything I read on backyard chickens. I am reading lots of threads in order to learn. I have only been raising chickens for two years. When we have a sick chicken most of us are not thinking clearly and we need those of you out there with the knowledge to pull us back to reality to assist us with our needs. You have the knowledge and expertise on chicken sicknesses or diseases. My hat's off to all of you that help us when we have a need. Thanks!

It was so hard to watch her seize up. I hate that I missed all the signs until it was too late. She was never as energetic as the rest but she grew at the same rate
