Also if you warm the balsamic and add a bit of sugar, it thickens it and makes it stick to the gills better. Yup, I'm a foodie.

It's been awhile since I've had fried bologna gravy... or canned tuna gravy over toast. It's better then it sounds. I serve it up when I have lingering family visiting.
