Oh yeah and in the Spring I have turkey jerky and chilie.

Elk Steaks with all the fixins

Can not forget the deer jerky!

It's been awhile since I've had fried bologna gravy... or canned tuna gravy over toast. It's better then it sounds. I serve it up when I have lingering family visiting.
