Why is he crowing so much?

Wings, when he crows, he crows maybe 10 times every time he starts? I’m thinking he can hear the neighbor’s Rooster, but I’m not so sure...

My cockerels and roosters crow a lot every morning when they get out of the coop, and intermittently otherwise. A neighboring rooster crowing definitely will set them off!

That's not too bad
I have a buff Orpington cockerel who crows about four or five times in a row, roughly every hour, for the entire day.
I think some boys are just really proud of their crow and want us all to hear it

Crowing contests are fun, and serious at the same time. "I'm tougher/ bigger/ handsomer that you are, so there". In so many words.
