Why is my "blue" EE rooster turning golden

I noticed that my EE had blonde streaks on him and dismissed it as dried mud. He kept getting more and .ore "mud" on him so I decided to wash it off only to discover it wasn't mud but his feather coloring. He used to be ALL blue and the pic I have was taken a week ago he has even more blonde on him now. His two brothers also are having the same issue but they are turning copper. Is this a normal thing with roos?

I doubt that he’s changing colour! Could you take a full body picture because that might help, he’s probably just getting his male feathering (which won’t be large) I bet he’s young right?! ;) :)

That's normal... my black silkie has gold leakage as well
 
He isn’t changing color. It’s natural for him as an EE who don’t have specific or perfect coloring
