Why is my blue polish white?

5 weeks ago we got some baby chickens and 2 are white crested blye polish. But both if them are all white except for 1 blue tail feather each. Their down was mostly yellow with a blue tint. Did i just get whites on accident or will they turn blue eventually? They have a blue tint under their white feathers. Also im pretty sure their both girls bc of how the crest looks and their bery friendly. Idk what do you think?

They may be splash. They look like pullets currently.
