why is my boy mallard picking on the girl?

pecking idk what to do i sperated them but everytime they get close to each other he pecks at her wing but he doesnt peck at my other to girls as much.

It is something no one can really explain, but sometimes a drake will start picking on one duck. Just meanness.

I would segregate him from the ducks with some fence so they can still be near each other for a day or five, and see if he can cool his jets. Also it may give time for someone else on the forum to check in with a better idea.
