Why is my chicken so pale?

Those feathers are getting pecked. She may be being bullied from feed. My Speckled Sussex was being bullied from feed and now I supply more containers. It helps. Switching to a higher protein feed can help with the pecking behavior.

So today I saw a slight aggression against her and another chicken. But I’m confused because they’ve been together since they were chicks.
 
There is always a pecking order, even when they are raised together. If you continue to observe, you can find out who the aggressors are. I have actually given my bully a time out instead of the one getting bullied and it helped let the other one establish herself better with the flock. Good luck!
 
If it continues, spraying some blue kote to discourage pecking us a good idea. If it is literally HORRIBLE buying or making a chicken saddle for her until the feathers begin to grow back in might Help.
