There is always a pecking order, even when they are raised together. If you continue to observe, you can find out who the aggressors are. I have actually given my bully a time out instead of the one getting bullied and it helped let the other one establish herself better with the flock. Good luck!

When I did a time out, I kept her in a mini coop within the run. Really anything that contains her would work, like a dog crate or carrier.
