Why is my duckling not walking

My newborn duckling was having a lot of trouble hatching. Instead of the duckling head coming out first its foot did. And it was supposed to hatch on day 28 already on day 32. So I assisted it in coming out. But now the duck will not walk. it keeps trying to stand up and flapping its tiny wings to balance and then it falls. What should I do? (it's been over 32 hours and it cant walk)

It's never had legs before, give it a break. You can try giving it sugar water with a little egg yolk or save a chick for a boost

Assisted hatches often have trouble walking and require extra nutrients. I use Poultry Cell (you can just dip their bill in it a couple of times undiluted) and then provide a waterer with it diluted and one without it diluted.

i already put electrolytes in the water and it's still not walking. Should I be consered?

Can you post a video? You’ll need to put it on YouTube or another platform then copy and paste it here. Was the yolk fully absorbed when you helped it hatch?
