My gen was limping last week for few days and seating down every now and then. She is no longer limping but still seating. Should I be concerned about this matter? Please help me understand this behavior.

She looks sick. Her face looks scabbed up. Is she being picked on or is that fowl pox?

There could be a lot going on. Her comb and waddle color looks good so that's a plus. Is she getting up to eat and drink? That very important. If she is getting up is she still limping at all? If she's not getting up that could be a major issue. Have you checked her over? Check legs and feet for bumble foot, swelling and injury and mites. Check her abdomen for egg production, should be soft but not squishy or firm. You may be able to feel an egg (don't squeeze it). Check her vent for abnormal color or discharge. Check her feathers all over for signs of lice or mites (they like the vent and abdomen). Oh and her crop to, it's harder to check right now as it should be at least partly full, check her breath for a foul smell and her crop early morning before she eats to make sure its empty.

If everything seems to check out and she's just refusing to walk get some vitamins (chick saver or similar) and some high protien treats like scrambled eggs in her and keep an eye on her for a while.

Of you find anything post it

Looks like blood on her face...maybe got her comb bitten.
If she was limping and is now sitting a lot, her leg must be hurt and she's resting it.
Examine her legs to make sure there isn't a break or dislocation.

I'd isolate her in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor her intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and her poops.

If she keeps limping too badly, keep her in the crate for most the day, let her out late in the day for a stretch and to observe her mobility. It can take weeks for alimp to totally go away

I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.

Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Thanks so much for your reply. She seems to be ok other than molting. She is not limping anymore. Her egg production hasn't been that great lately. It's coming out broken a lot this days. I'll give her some vitamin in her water like you mentioned for now.
