Why is she tossing her head?

I gave her some Poultry Cell when I got off work tonight. I didn’t notice any bugs on, but I’ll look in her ears tomorrow. Her head shaking is worse when I approach or talk to her, but she calmer down after I cuddled and pet her, and she squawked a little when I put her back in the coop
